Small Groups (Community Groups)

A Community Group (C-Group) is a small group where 6-7 couples or 6-8 individuals gather for the purpose of spiritual growth. In each C-Group, a couple or individual should expect: accountability, belonging, and care. In addition, each C-Group will focus on three relationships: intimacy with God, fellowship with believers, and our influence with unbelievers. These groups meet once a week for 18 months. At the end of 18 months, each group will split and reproduce itself with new members.

We believe a C-Group is the most effective environment for making followers of Jesus Christ.

Group_Connect:

Group_Connect is an event for people who are interested in participating in a C-Group. At a Group_Connect, people will hear testimonies from those already participating in a C-Group, have questions regarding C-Groups answered, meet new people, and have the opportunity to get connected into a group.

C-Group Leadership Opportunities:

C-Group Leader: An individual who oversees a Community Group. The leader is responsible for the recruitment of group members, the facilitation of Biblical study, and the care of each member.

Group Coordinator: An individual who supports a Community Group through administrative responsibilities. The coordinator is responsible for managing curriculum orders, monies, and group logistical needs (emailing prayer requests, directions, and etc.).
