What is the CDD?
The CDD is an internal Creative Department for CRH that works with all departments to help enhance each area for the furtherance of the Gospel! Through areas such as design, audio, video, and web, we wish to use our creative gifts to better service the God of all creation! The motto of the CDD is to: Communicate Christ Creatively.
How do we do this:
- The Concept Development Department helps by producing atmosphere and create a proper environment through print, media, drama, etc. that allows a person to realize the connection needed to God through Christ. Our desire is to help people focus more clearly on a life serving Christ.
- We help to create an area that can give someone the proper picture to experience Christ as Lord. For example, this can be accomplished through a picture that allows a connection between a person and God. The picture helps the person experience the Christ-life and connects he/she closer to Christ.
- As Ambassadors for Christ, we help to express the Christ-life through realistic avenues of proper expression (paintings, images, and drama for example) and allow Christ to be visible through our means of creativity. Humans are meant to express a love relationship with God and He has given us countless different methods, unique with each person, to express a life that is true, real, and meant to be lived by His side.
