Uniforms for Elementary Students
Children who attend Kindergarten through the Fourth grade must wear uniforms.
First Christian Academy’s uniform consists of khaki or navy shorts or pants for boys. Girls may wear khaki or navy skirts, shorts, capris, pants or dresses. The children may wear red, white, navy or light blue polo shirts. On Tuesdays, Chapel Day, all students will wear a white button up shirt. These may be short or long sleeved depending upon the weather. Boys should wear the school tie and navy pants. Girls should wear the plaid skirt or jumper. ”Peter Pan” collar blouses should be worn with the plaid jumpers and oxford shirts should be worn with plaid skirts.
Additional Uniform Guidelines
1. Belts must be worn with pants or shorts.
2. Shirts must be tucked in at all times.
3. No emblem other than the school emblem may be worn on any garment.
4. Shoes must have backs. Shoes with low heels are acceptable. Students should wear tennis shoes on the days they have PE.
5. Dangly earrings are not permitted. Boys may not wear earrings.
6. Elementary students may not wear make-up.
7. Tattoos or body piercings are not permitted.
8. Skirts, dresses and shorts should be not more than three inches above the knee.
9. Girls must wear shorts under their skirts or dresses to prevent their undergarments from showing.
