We have our church life and we have our community life. But God desires that we would be "All In." In just a few days Dr. Bill Stafford will join us for a series of services that we are entitling, "Encounter God at All In." These services will help CRH to become a church that is All In with God. Recording artist, David Glenn will be with us to lead in praise and worship.

I am excited about these services because to be candid, "I sometimes struggle with being All In with God." There are times when I want me time, and I want me things, and I want me promotion. But at the same time, I want to walk in His time, and to give to His task and I want His promotion. These services will help each of us to be able to be All In. I am going to be at every service beginning Sunday, September 28 and going through Wednesday, October 1st.

The hours include EITHER Sunday evenings OR Wednesday evenings, as well as alternating other church events with the rest of the paid childcare staff.

While this job does entail taking care of children, this is more than babysitting.  Our paid childcare staff is a branch of Preschool Ministries, and we want to shower the children in our care with God's love.  We actively engage with the children, leading them in fun activities that fuel their imaginations and ultimately teach them about God.  For these reasons and more, we have the following qualifications for the job:

The Care Gifts can be seen in:

• Hospital Visitation - This is an excellent place to use the gifts of mercy, encouragement, and healing.  In most hospital scenarios, you will find someone who is greatly discouraged or afraid.  In addition, it is difficult for someone maintain a perspective of hope and faith when faced hospitalized circumstances.  For more information, email questions to information@richmondhill.org.
• Home Front Adoption Program - This is a great place to demonstrate service and care.  In this opportunity, you will have the responsibility to walk with a military family during the deployment of a spouse or parent.  This is a great place to see the gifts of encouragement and helps/service at work. In this program a family adopts a military family for a period of 24 months.  For more information, email your questions to information@richmondhill.org.
• Decision Counseling - This opportunity is critical.  A lay leader, in this area, guides an individual to a place of answer concerning spiritual and FBCRH organizational questions.  In this arena, you will see the gifts helps/service in action.  For more information, email questions to information@richmondhill.org.
• Preschool Teachers Assistant - Our Preschool Ministry is always in need of an individual that will invest in the lives of babies through preschoolers.  In this role you will see the gifts of encouragement and helps/service demonstrated.  For more information, email your questions to preschool@ richmondhill.org.
• Children's Church Lay Leader - In this environment individuals spend their time encouraging children.  The gifts of encouragement, healing, shepherding, and giving are always at work.  For more information, email your questions to children@richmondhill.org.
• Hospitality - In this area the gifts of helps/service and encouragement are visibly at work.  It is the responsibility of a greeter to help attenders connect to the proper environments.  For more information, email your questions to information@richmondhill.org.

There are so many other areas of ministry that visibly demonstrate the Care Gifts.  Hopefully, the above list helps you see areas in FBCRH that these gifts are involved.
